Join the Tourism Skills Network South West on the 12th October at an exclusive event designed to highlight the importance of the visitor welcome.

Led by Guest Speaker Mark Bradley, this event will pinpoint the business benefits of providing excellent customer care by analysing a business from a customer's perspective. More importantly, in this current climate, Mark will focus on giving examples of the small changes that can make a real difference to both the customer's experience and the company's bottom line in terms of repeat business. Mark will also give businesses an insight into changes that won't cost the earth or take up too much time but will create an increase in profit.

Guest Speaker Mark Bradley is an expert in customer service, whose approach to the UK customer experience brings a new objectivity to business. Having appeared on BBC1's Are We Being Served?, BBC2's Working Lunch and BBC radio Five Live, Mark has a talent for bringing the customer experience vividly to life.

Delegates will leave this event with a fresh view point on how to analyse their business from a customer's perspective and how to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service.

Following Mark, Julia Stuckey (Welcome to Britain Manager) will provide information surrounding the Welcome to Britain project and representatives from Business Link will be on hand to give additional information about making the most of the business opportunities available.

Funded by the Tourism Skills Network South West, this event is the final event in a series of three taking place across the South West region to promote the importance of the customer's perspective in providing an excellent customer welcome and achieving increased repeat business.
