BME Barriers - A Non-Visitors Survey Extension
We are constantly looking for new visitor markets and new ways to attract people to the region - particularly in the off-peak season. In doing this, we have become acutely aware that there is a strong Black and Ethnic Minority (BME) visitor market, which for some reason is just not choosing the South West for a holiday.
As a result, we commissioned research to find out what the barriers are to us attracting more BME people, what attractors we could focus on, and how we might change what we are doing to attract a greater number of BME people.
